  • Alpheton Hall Barns
    --- Arguably England's oldest timber framed barn (@10th century) now newly renovated and improved as a bespoke wedding venue. Accommodating 200 easily whether it be for a civil ceremony, sit down meal or simple reception we can accommodate almost any requirement. Situated just 1 mile off the A134 between Bury St Edmunds and Sudbury it is easy to find yet offers rural tranquillity surrounded by organic farmland. Licensed for Civil Weddings, entertainment and the sale of alcohol. For those wanting a church wedding the oil lamp and candle lit parish church shares a common boundary with the barn a huge bonus with our country's inclement weather.   • The Lodge
    The Lodge is a stunning Marquee set in beautiful rulal grounds at Amberley Lodge, Lenwade. The venue is perfect for any occassion, from Wedding Reception to Charity Events. The Lodge is a unique venue set in idyllic rulal gardens, perfect for beautiful romantic photographs. The Lodge is available throughout the year, as it is suitable for all weather functions. It has a large dance floor, licensed bar, and carpeted floors. Whats included when you book The Lodge for your occassion:- * Hire of the Marquee * Excellent personal service during your arrangements of your function, and as many meetings as you feel you may need. * Cake Stand Knife (if required) * Car Parking * Use of the private gardens for romantic photographic purposes.   • Blickling Hall
    The magnificent yew tree-lined driveway leading to an impressive façade creates a dramatic and stylish approach to your wedding. The private suite of rooms, including the Garden Room, Lord Lothian’s Study and the Blue Drawing Room, make this a versatile venue for a ceremony, drinks reception and celebration banquet. With its separate entrance and beautiful views overlooking the Parterre gardens and lake, this suite is a lovely peaceful setting for a wedding. In the garden, with wonderful views of the parkland and manicured lawns, the Temple is an intimate and unusual venue for smaller ceremonies. Following the ceremony, guests can enjoy a glass of champagne whilst wandering round the breathtaking gardens.  For a fairy tale marquee setting, the Parade or Lakeside sites offer picturesque locations. The ornamental lake and glorious parterre gardens also provide a wide variety of settings for your photographs.

  • Felbrigg Hall
    With its sweeping driveway and impressive situation, Felbrigg Hall just oozes splendour and style and is bound to impress your guests as a superb backdrop to your wedding reception. With floor to ceiling French doors the Carriage House lends itself perfectly to a stylish wedding feast for up to 50 guests. The warm red brick elegant Tudor-style architecture gives the stable courtyard an enchanting feel for drinks receptions. The striking 18th century walled pottager garden offers a private site for either a drinks reception or marquee. Quintessentially English, this lovely garden contains ancient fruit trees, a restored dovecote and green houses set amongst formal box hedges and gravel paths all backed by exquisite floral borders. With plenty of picturesque locations for photographs, you are sure to have a wonderfully memorable day.

  • Cley Windmill
    The windmill has a full wedding licence and can accommodate a maximum of 20 people (to include the bride and groom) in our sitting room, which is where the wedding ceremony takes place. Weddings are conducted by the Registrar from North Walsham and these take place in the afternoon. If your wish is for the ceremony only, the price is £490.00. If you wish to take the entire windmill, we can accommodate 14 people in our Bed Breakfast rooms or the number can go up to 20 if we include the Self Catering cottages. Because of the unique and memorable setting, we experience high demand for weddings and we often receive bookings up to two years in advance! The windmill is also an ideal place for gatherings following a christening or any other ceremony.

  • Congham Hall Country House Hotel
    Weddings and Honeymoons One of the most important decisions you will have to make, after your personal commitment to each other, will be the choice of venue. The venue is the frame that surrounds and captures the beauty and delight of your day. Here at Congham Hall, we have the most idyllic setting. Set in thirty acres of peaceful parkland and surrounded by paddocks, finely manicured lawns, orchards and our renowned herb garden, this must be the perfect setting to capture those cherished moments. Congham Hall is licensed for wedding ceremonies and civil partnership ceremonies. A personal consultation with our Wedding Co-ordinators will ensure that the day runs smoothly.

    We are a privately owned and managed Country House Hotel, situated along our own private driveway. The hotel overlooks the famous Gunton Deer Park, which is a designated conservation area and one which boasts many historical and Royal connections. We are licensed for civil weddings, and our three elegant banqueting suites can accommodate up to 150 guests. The Barford and Colton suites benefit from their own private terraces overlooking the stunning River Yare Valley. The Kimberley suite, with its large balcony boasts spectacular views.   • Stower Grange Hotel
    Wedding Receptions This beautiful building is in a convenient location, just 4 miles from the centre of Norwich, and is set in wooded grounds extending to two acres.We have the additional benefit of being licensed to hold marriage ceremonies. The picturesque front of the house and magnificent mature trees are an ideal backdrop for your special photographs and the large lawn outside the Well Room is yours to enjoy. Whatever your party size, up to a maximum of 100, we will provide an excellent meal for your wedding celebrations.  We have a range of menus and drinks packages but if you have your own menu items in mind we are happy to discuss the possibility of including them. Invite more guests to an evening party, up to 140 in total.  We can advise about musicians, entertainers and discos and offer guests a light buffet. We also have a four-poster bedroom for the “First Night”, complimentary to our Bride Groom. Ten other bedrooms ensure that the important guests can also stay overnight. We only hold one wedding a day and this means that we can give our Bride and Groom our undivided attention. Our exceptional service will ensure that your Wedding day is truly memorable. Civil Wedding Ceremonies Stower Grange has been approved by Norfolk County Council as a venue for marriage in pursuance of section 26(1)(bb) of the Marriage Act 1949 (as amended). We have two beautiful rooms in which you may hold your marriage ceremony, the Ashley Room (maximum 35) and the Well Room (maximum 100). The Ashley Room is available for ceremonies with less than 35 guests and the addidtional charge is £175 The air-conditioned Well Room can add that all-important additional comfort for your ceremony and reception during the hot summer months. It can be used if your party is larger than 35 and the charge for this is £375. Whilst you have your drinks reception and photographs these rooms can be relaid in order to have your seated Wedding Breakfast. If the Well Room is used for an evening party following a ceremony and wedding breakfast in the Ashley Room a charge of £375 will apply. It is your responsibility to arrange for the services of the Registrar, we will take care of everything else. Exclusive Use You will be the only Wedding Party at Stower Grange but if you also wish to have exclusive use of the whole hotel we would be happy to discuss your requirements and the relevant exclusivity fee.

  • The Old Rectory Hotel
    We want your day to be perfect and will cater for the individuals' needs. We offer advice on details such as the layout and colour scheme of your wedding, decoration and seating arrangements. The conservatory restaurant is the perfect place to hold a civil ceremony or wedding reception; with high acoustic ceiling disco lighting, built in sound system and dance floor.  It also offers easy access to the gardens and adjoining bar.
